If you receive a product that is not the item you ordered, or if you are delivered a different model without any prior notice, you are entitled to request a replacement. We understand the importance of receiving exactly what you ordered, and we take full responsibility in cases where there is a genuine mismatch or error in the product delivered.
To be eligible for a replacement:
You must report the issue within 6 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
The product must be in the same condition as received.
We will review your claim, and if it is valid, we will arrange for a replacement of the correct product.
Although our standard policy does not offer refunds in most cases, a refund will be provided under the following specific conditions:
If the product you ordered is not available in our stock and we are unable to provide a replacement.
If there was an accidental overpayment or a genuine billing error from our end.
In such cases, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 1 to 7 business days after verification.
If you place an order by mistake, we request that you contact us immediately. Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled. However, if we are informed before the item is dispatched, we may be able to stop the order and resolve the issue without any further complications.
Please note that once the product is delivered and there are no faults or mismatches, no return or refund will be allowed due to a change of mind or customer error.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents are not eligible for replacement or refund.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before confirming a replacement or refund.
In case of dispute, Shamim Electronics holds the final authority in decision-making regarding returns or refunds.
