You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
To cancel, please contact us immediately via phone with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If the cancellation request is received before dispatch, we will process it without any charges.
Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If you still do not want the product, you may refuse to accept the delivery, but shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from your refund or may apply separately.
No refunds will be provided once the product is accepted and delivered, unless it meets our replacement or refund criteria.
If you placed a wrong or duplicate order, please notify us immediately.
We will attempt to cancel it before shipping. However, if the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Orders containing customised items, limited stock, or special promotions may not be eligible for cancellation.
Products marked as "non-cancellable" on the product page are final and cannot be changed or cancelled after purchase.
All cancellation requests must be made during business hours.
Shamim Electronics reserves the right to approve or deny any cancellation request depending on the order status.
If your payment was made online and the order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 1–7 business days to your original payment method.
